The concept of this accelerator project, the "Risk Platform Accelerator" originated from Slalom client work at a financial services company, where a common problem was identified: FS&I organizations are experiencing operational and regulatory pressure to modernize their risk systems. With increasing regulatory burden comes increasing priority of risk modernization initiatives, which is where our team stepped in.

During this engagement, I focused on working with our finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and data engineers to design a modern summary dashboard and stress test calculator for liquidity risk analysts.

The intent of this accelerator was to drive sales through targeted go-to-market (GTM) assets and drive delivery through a "Starter Kit." To learn more about this project, please reach out to me at emme.enojado@gmail.com.
